Hello everyone!
I just joined the forum after lurking for awhile and decided to make a much needed post! I've been having serious problems with under eye lines recently. Some are still lines right now and others have become wrinkles. I even have lines on the side of my eyes. Anyway, i can say the biggest culprits are bad sleeping habits, stress and maybe the position i sleep in. Now I realize I only made it much worse when i started applying concealer under my eyes. I wasn't gentle applying it at all! Once i started noticing how many lines i got, i began to use different creams and oils to lessen my under lines but they just made them WORSE! I try not to put anything on that area anymore but at this point, i get a new line literally every month...it's THAT bad. I wish it was my mind going crazy but there's no doubt that my eyes look worse today than they did last month. When i go to sleep and wake up the next day, i can see that some lines have become a bit more deeper...how is this possible? I do use emu oil and rosehip seed oil to bed every now and then and it just makes everything worse. It's really scaring me because i'm still very young and i do not know what to do anymore. Maybe i should just do nothing? I try not to think about it too much because it does get me depressed. My mom is 55 and i have more under eye lines/wrinkles than she does! Anyway, thanks for listening and helping...
(sorry this was so long...) |

I went through a pretty high-stress time recently and it definitely showed up under my eyes, ugh! Luckily I had Osea's Eyes and Lips on hand (I use it on my lips every night--- works sooooo well!) so I took to dabbing just a little of that under my eyes before bed and before I knew it my eye area looked TONS better. Maybe the Osea stuff can help you too. HTH! |

Try Castor Oil. It is inexpensive thick oil, if it does not work for you, you will not be at loss financially. You need to buy hexane free, cold pressed organic oil. It is sold in health food stores.
There is a thread on Castor Oil:
Am I alone in my abiding love for Castor Oil?

I have the same issue & I'm only 21. I have tried so many creams and I'm abount to give up. I think it may be my genes although my mum has great skin for her age. I am so close to just giving up. |
