Has anyone tried this yet? I checked the book out of the library and have skimmed the chapters. It doesn't seem to be anything revolutionary - in terms of recommending good food choices. I like having a list of approved foods. But the author is claiming it's very easy and a glance makes me think of lots of food prep. Any thoughts?

I have done this one, it did guide me in making some much needed changes in what I eat, and I like the recommendations about portion sizes and all- yes, it does involve home cooked meals, on the plus side for those with the time, my whole family loves the food, so it is one diet plan that I was able to stick with and have continued to incorporate many of the recipes into our menus- and i will say that phase one really gavve me a jumpstart to getting beck on track to losing some pounds- had been stuck for quite awhile. One thing I did to deal with the time issue, was to make a double batch and then use the leftovers later in the week- for me it was no more time consuming than what I already do in feeding a family of four. |
