this powder can absorb the excess oil on my face, and I don't look oily anymore. Also I like the smell of citrus. However, the case is too large which cannot be fit in my cosmetic bag.

Besides absorbing oil, does it even out the skin?

Is this a new product? I am using the Lavender Silk Powder now, but would love to try the citrus. I'm wondering if the citrus in it would be drying though.

Lavender silk powder is for dry skin, and citrus is for oil and combination skin.

I was intersted in the lavender silk powder before, however, after trying it in the store,I gave up. I am wondering if there is other beneficial points for this product besides absorbing oil.
Thank you very much.

I have read a magazine which recommend this powder and said this powder can keep the moisture of your skin.

Besides, I 'd like to use cosmetic which is skin care too.

I am on my second jar of the rose silk dust, and use it every day! I mix in a tiny bit of MMU with it, and brush it over my liquid foundation.
It sets the foundation beautifully, and then I brush on my powder blush. Honestly my make up looks great all day, and i attribute it to the powder. I would think the citrus does the same thing.
By the way, how is the scent??? I recall reading somewhere (when it first came out), that it was not so great.

It has come up a few times, that people are not happy with the packaging for this product.
For travel, because the jar is too large, and the powder does leak out of it, I have found a solution. I use a very small plastic shaker container. It wasn't easy to find, but they are out there.

I tried a DIY citrus powder - supposedly similar to this product and I loved it to pieces. Not available anymore from this person I don't think anyway but I'm considering the jurlique. It was terrific for my oily/combo skin type.

Yes, you are right. I am not happy with the packaging for this product. Because the jar is too large, and the powder is hard to come out from it. thus, I 've bought a small loose powder container which can be put in my cosmetic bag

Thanks havana8!! Smile I guess this powder is heavy duty in absorbing oil since it contains the 3main ingredients Corn/ Rich Starch and Silica Powder... Anyone experience breakouts as I heard that Corn/Rice Starch will cause bacteria on the skin?

Citrus is for oily; rose is for normal; while lavender is for dry skin....So I guess you should pick up Citrus
