I am a returning customer of EDS, I have sent
some enquires to EDS but no response from EDS
at all !
What happened to my record/ EDS? thanks |

Hi, Miffy.
I'm not sure what you're having a problem with. Is it an order? Or have your customer account details disappeared? Sorry, but I can't understand from your post.
We're not actually supposed to post customer service queries here as the moderators don't actually work for EDS and, therefore, can't help you.
How have you tried to contact EDS? Have you tried phoning, emailing and Live Chat Support? They're usually very good at getting back to you, but you may have to give them a day or two to do so.
Hope you get your problem sorted out, whatever it is. |
