Hi everyone:
I have ordered from getthatglow in the past and was very happy with my order. They stopped carrying Paula's Choice items but have replaced it with products form Renuvaderm. I tried to order and everything went seemed to go through during the ordering process; however, I never received a confirmation email and the number listed on the "contact us" section is no longer in service.
Anyone know what happened and whether I should give up on the thought of ever getting my package?
Thanks, |

Hello,
I can't get GetThatGlow to respond to my order even though they charged my card for the product. The order went through on May 16 and we still haven't received or heard anything from their "customer service" site even after getting a confirmation of order notice. It looks like they may have gone out of business without letting anyone know. Wish they would at least contact us to explain the situation. Time to write off the money they grabbed and look for another source for that Renuvaderm product? |

Contact your CC company asap you should not be charged for something you never received, that's basically theft on the part of the site/company and most all CC's have protection against this. You both may have to fill out a form and mail it back to your CC company but the charges most definitely should be reversed. |

Ya,
contact your CC- you have up to 2 months from date of purchase.
Even if u buy something and you get it and is "not as described" you can get s ome $ back.
Also you can have an extra year warranty on any item, like laptop,tv with the free credit card insurance (at least my 4 cards have that included).
I actually have an issue with my Cc and another company.
I signed up for the stipid Beautyfix site offer and was billed $24.95 and have the printout of that, and confirmation email.
Do not have items yet,but was billed $50 without beng notified.
I called my CC and told them of this and they told me to keep all documentation.
anyways, keep proof of your bills, or hopefully you printed out your order?
if not then at least call and tell them goods not received! |
