| aha! the loan I have to pay back...The grant I don't as it's for supplementting our meagre income and making sure the kids don't starve, so it doesn't have to go on books! YAY! I'm spending the grant on makeup not the loan |

| whats that then 1 bean on toast for tea. Only joshing, with all the cr*p you have had to put up with lately you deserve to splurge on yourself. Besides that kids like their mummys to look beautiful.I tell mine that everday. |

Only 1/4, I'd spend the full amount!!!!....My Mum looks after my friends 2 children, one is the child from hell and he's curbed all the maternal feelings I ever had!
After 5 minutes, I'm ready to tie him up to a tree in the garden!!!!!! (joking)  |

I know what you mean! My maternal instincts are much stronger towards cats/kittens than they will EVER be towards children/babies.
Cats are less smelly and noisy.
Having said that, I have huge admiration for people that do decide to have kids. I don't have the patience to deal with them and as a parent you need bucketloads of the stuff! |

I know exactly what you mean, and I agree. My mum knows now that my cats are her grandchildren!!! |

I have to say that yeah kids can be a pain. But I for one adore mine and they give so much pleasure as well. Besides who else is gonna look after me in my old age. Although they tell me I am going in a home. they don't mean it.  |
