Ive been puttin alot of different creams on one side of my face as i used to massage it daily but i discovered that this caused alot of small tiny spots on my face seem like the spots are underneath the skin and my skin feels very rough
I went to a few skin care clinics today and one of them recommeneded microdermabrasion to help get rid off of small spots caused my overuse of creams on my face has anyone used microdermabrasion before if so is was there any side affects or disadvantges to this treatment.
Microdermabrasion -
A technique using tiny particles that pass through a vacuum tube which gently abrades the skin surface, smoothing it and stimulating new cell growth.
Also another one recommended glycolic acid peel treatments to help get rid of the spots what do you think of this has anyone used this?
thanks |

It sounds kind of like milia, but I am not sure. I've tried it for those and also peels and the peels work better. The skin is softer after the microdermabrasion though. The better remedy I have found is the five step facial (which is actually six). Cleansing, microdermabrasion, steaming, extraction, chemical peel and hydrating mask. Best deal for the money. |

Never tried microdermabrasion, but people are raving about it. But I did try the glocolic peels 8%. Neostrata has this line. And you don't need a prescription to try it, but please try the lower dosage first, I think it was 4%?
(Walmart sells it)...
