I use Le Roche Posay all in one (Rosaliac) and its great for dry skin but do not know why you want anti aging properties as you wipe it off.

For dry skin, I think this recipe is great:
(in order from greatest to least concentration)

Honey
100% pure shower gel
Cetearyl Alcohol
Glyceryl Cocoate

I also add a little lemon juice, but that's optional. The 100% pure shower gel is from the skin care line 100% pure, and I bought the cetearyl alcohol (thickener/conditioner) and glyceryl cocoate (gentle surfectant) form lotioncrafter. It's a great really inexpensive yet awesome cleanser, at least IMO. Very Happy

I guess I am going for something that will give her skin a glow.
