Can someone who has the F11 please check something for me on theirs:
I have just been on the USA Polar instruction site:

I clicked on the HR set tutorial.
I was following everything as I had seen that i can change it manually.
However, when I got to where it showed on the video tutorial screen:
HR Set
Own Zone
General
Silent
I don't have those options. All that came up on my screen was:
HR Alarm
HR View
If someone could test theirs that'd be great.
I've only had it a few days and I'm quite flummoxed by the technology.
I have been strugling with this device all weekend pretty much. The instructions are rubbish and very hard to follow.
My husband helped me in the end but I'm still having problems.
I'm really hoping someone who has one of these will be able to stop me ageing any more out of frustration.
