Try a Google search. I put in veraluz soap and come up with hits - if it is a seaweed soap, it's still out there (comes from the Philippines). |

I don't know the specific soap - the Veraluz company might have gone out of business.
But there are other whitening soaps available on Ebay - put "whitening soap" in the search and you will find others. Do you know what the ingredients are in the soaps you liked?

Akapulko or Acapulco in English is a shrub found throughout the Philippines. A medicinal herb that contains chrysophanic acid, a fungicide used to treat fungal infections, like ringworms, scabies and eczema. Akapulko also contains saponin, a laxative that is useful in expelling intestinal parasites. The extracts from the Akapulko plant is commonly used as an ingredient for lotions, soaps and shampoos. |

For scar removal, look into the dermaroller - super long thread here on EDS. But for sensitive skin, it might be too much for you because the needles on dermarollers meant to help with scar reduction are .75mm and longer.
Because you have sensitive skin, look into manual exfoliation methods versus chemical methods. You might benefit from professional microdermabrasion or dermaplaning.
Start with using a ultrasonic skin brush like the Clarisonic or Pretika - the brush provides daily exfoliation while cleansing daily. I think the Clarisonic has recently come out with an international charger or you can just get the N. American model and use the proper current converter (just make sure you fully charge the brush before using - with a converter it will probably take longer than 24 hours).
If you can't afford either of these, at least get a microfiber / "microdermabrasion" cloth or sponge. I like the "microdermabrasion" sponges sold on Ebay by Stan or his wife YummySweetz:

(tip: his wife usually has lower prices) |
