Hi,
i just received this today. I was so excited to try this after reading the reviews. First of all i was quite surprised to see it comes in tube form as in the pictures it looks like its in a small round tub kind of thing.....
My question is...........does this product (tube) when purchased have a seal on the top?...i.e at the tip of the tube.
Just my tube is quite punctured from the middle and looks quite flat...as if used!  ..as if hardly any product in there. I am quite dissapointed if that is the amount you get for the price paid.
i have used sample products that are more fuller than this...if you get my drift. If this is an opened up product / used i would definatly like to return it.
please advice

| Mine was in a tube, not sealed except with the cap. Why not weigh the tube and then contact the seller? If the tube was accidentally misfilled--maybe due to a large air bubble--or has had product removed, a weighing will reveal it. |

| I would contact the seller as well- there may have been an error in the filling process. |

i bought it from EDS....i dont have any weighing thing at home...maybe il have to go to the post shop and ask for the weight....pretending i wana post it somewhere  |

EDS is really good with their customer satisfaction- I would just email them and let them know the situation. I am sure they will send you a replacement tube without you having to weigh the tube you have. |
