hi,
im late 20s with good skin and looking to do a maintenance thing to maintain clarity/firmness/radiance. do you think either of these treatments are a good option? if not what do you think would be better? which of these treatments do you think is the better one? thank you! |

eh, I wouldn't mess with a good thing...if it ain't broke, don't fix it! I'm not familiar with the treatments you've posted, but lasers can be iffy. Often times they can be counterproductive, causing hyperpigmentation, destroy fat layers, thinning the skin, etc.
You could begin a gentle vitamin A regimen, but even then, I'm not so sure how I feel about using retin-a and such on young skin unless it is for acne. As I've discovered here on EDS, too much exfoliation/irritation can also thin and damage the skin, and I can attest to that! |
