You had earlier recommended to exfoliate as i was complaining of bumpy stuff all over my forehead. Well it sure looked like 'trapped hair follicles' and now after 4 days of using the 'daily microfoliant', the bumps have reduced considerably. Its still there and i still pick on them but at least its not increasing(touch wood). Wonder what caused them as i use the cleansing gel (Dermalogica) night and day and plus the cleasing soulution ?
I have a combinatin skin i say.....
SInce i heard that exfoliating the skin everyday is not good. Will this makes us more sensitive to the sun ?
FYI, i am 25 and have have brown skin. |

First of all, the Microfoliant is meant for daily use, and there is no harm in using this every day. It's formulation is gentle enough for every day use, whereas more abrasive scrubs can over-exfoliate if used too much.
The congestion in your forehead area has probably occurred due to sweat, oil, make-up and hair products getting trapped by dead skin cells ... or hats (if you're wearing them). |

| Hello Soki, I just remember once when my Mom and I visited a Chinese herbalist for some skin care remedies, he said if you have skin problem on your forehead you should check your bladder and digestive system and drink more water ( warm water with fresh lemon juice first thing in the morning) to flush all the toxic out. Try it! I still like the cocktail recipe, anyway! ~_^ |
