For those of you who love your BQ, can you please share your favorite routine? Do you apply it on a cleansed face? What product do you apply to your face before and/or after the BQ treatment? How many times a week?

This is the best idea I've seen for an LED thread lately.
What a good way to learn what is working, and what isn't, in the treatment arena.
Considering all these LED's are based on the same premise, with only the treatment times varying, maybe you'd consider having all LED users share their routines..
I know I'd be happy to share again in public, what I've been sharing in private for the past 6 months.
You have a really good idea, so I hope lots of members will share the good, and the not so good, in the hopes of finding out the GREAT! |

Thanks Kassy. Unfortunately, the good idea doesn't seem to generate much response 
And I do need it since I have a 2-week old Baby Quasar ($429)and a 1-week old Pretika Light Sonic (around $35), it would be nice to know how best I can use them. |

| I use mine any where from once a week to twice a week and sometimes several weeks in between, based on allowance of time. I like mine on a cleansed face that is washed and prepped with witch hazel, followed by my hydracool. I find it dries my skin out less. I use all three cycles, maximum time, which I do while watching TV, makes the time go by faster. |
