The horrors of getting older....I got up this morning and found one of those sleep creases in my cheek.

14 hours later and I can still see it!!

Sad

Can anyone suggest any way to 'help it along'? A little light massage maybe?

I know I have to try to learn to sleep on my back, but I think it might be too late for me, I have tried for years and never been able to.

Do silk/satin pillowcases help?

Frownies really help with sleep wrinkles, although they are not the most comfortable thing to have on your face while sleeping:

Plain old sticky tape while sleeping works for me.

use paper tape - this is much softer than sticky tape and doesn't leave lines from the edges - works wonders round my eyes as I used to get oval shaped lines under my eyes after sleeping which were taking longer and longer to go away

it's exactly what it says on the tin! Very Happy

You can get it from the medical section of Boots or Superdrug - it's also called medical tape - it's just soft papery white tape that's much softer for using on your face
