Hello again!
I have been surfing this incredible site for the past few weeks and am finding all kinds of different reviews on many great products. I have been using Obagi Nu-Derm for the past 2 1/2 years (6 week cycle, then 6 week maintenance phase), and have LOVED the results. However, my skin is changing
(nearing 30 in a few months) and I'm ready for a change in skincare regimen as well.
I've read many raves about Copper Peptides ("CPs"), Emu Oil, Karen Herzog, MSM, and lots of other products, but I'm sort of wondering which is the best direction to go first. I'm also trying to decide whether to start with BQ or NuFace first to treat some nasolabial/jawline sagging due to weight loss.
I realize each skincare product and line does different things for different people, but can anyone suggest a good place to start after doing Obagi Nu-Derm for a few years?

Are you going to continue with any of the Nu Derm products at all? Just my opinion but I would definitely stick with the blender/RA 3 nights a week as that is great for "anti-aging".
I have been using Obagi's new line called ZO Skin Health. They are great anti-aging products, in my opinion. They all are very nice and cosmetically elegant (meaning they feel great on your skin, and leave your skin so smooth). I have not used them long enough to say if they work for wrinkles/fine lines, but you may want to check that line out. You can google zo skin health and go to that website to see their products. |

| Hey, thanks for the great suggestion. I have read great things about the ZO line here too and will google it. I haven't been using RA with the Blender! I guess I'd have to see a Dermatologist to be able to do that and would have to deal with some peeling/sun sensitivity for a while. What exactly is the benefit of using RA with the Blender? Is it safe to add CPs to my regimen as well? |

The blender is supposed to be used with Retin A, it helps the Retin A penetrate deeper. What Nu Derm products were you using? (You can get Retin A without a prescription on some sites.)
Yes, you can add CP's in if you are using the combination of blender/Retin or even just using Retin A. |

The Blender also helps distribute melanin more equally across your skin to avoid pockets of pigmentation. It "blends" the pigmentation more evenly, thus the term "Blender."
I just read that in the textbook Dr. Obagi wrote. |
