I admit there were times when I was younger and I tanned in a tanning bed without using the goggles. I don't know if that's the cause, because I've also suffered really bad allergies and rubbed my eyes for years. At any rate I have this darkened skin right under my lower lashes, not really dark circles, it just looks like damaged skin to me.
Since that skin is so sensitive, are there any products that I can use that close to my eye .. to lighten that? |

You can look into a lightening eye cream or vitamin c serum. Another option is to go to a medical spa and find out what treatments that have to fix that. Good luck! |

I advise you go to the hospital and have a check.
Do not use any medical eye cream recently, until you know what that really is. |

A bit of concealer will fix that up. |
