| I have been taking the Kerastase hair supplements called Densitive for about six weeks now and I will say my bangs feel thicker slightly. I got it after reading a good review on MUA ..I will take the three month course and assess. They do work out expensive a month..but if they work to me they are worth it. At the moment I take two a day, but maybe once I am happy with the hair could reduce to one a day making it more cost effective. Anyone else tried these? |

I started with 2,500 mcg. I've been taking Andrew Lessmans hair, skin, nails for a long time. I think it has 2,800 mcg now. Its been so long but it think it was 2-3 months before I noticed a difference. |

MSM has really thickened my hair. I also now wear it in a braid rather than a ponytail. Less breakage. But I also have long hair.
I take MSM in powder form. |

HI
I an new here. I have read the boards for several years but have not posted. I have always had fiNE hair that breaks off but after taking Msm for about 7 weeks I can see a difference my hair looks and feels thicker. I also just started on biotin. |

Bio-Sil, biotin, MSM and vitamin C have helped my hair, skin and nails become stronger and grow like weeds.
Also you must drink plenty of water with these supplements, apply moisturizer to skin and hands/nails, and condition the hair well after using gentle cleansers. It's a commitment, I think, not just a couple products, that help. |

Do the supplements make the hair grow faster only on a sculp or all over ur body as well?

haha RussianSunshine! I saw that you had posted that your hair had become thicker EVERYWHERE! I haven't noticed that myself...but I wouldn't mind it, actually: Like eyebrows and..... Betty!
