I was reading up on vitamins and noticed that most girls see effect from taking vit c and MSM supplement.
Which brand of vit c do you take and what's the dosage?
Thanks |

Hi Snowstar,
The recommendation is that you should take a 2:1 ratio - MSM to Vitamin C.
Example 4000 mg MSM ... 2000 mg Vitamin C |

Sister sweet, does it make a difference if the vit c is ascorbic acid, ester c or c ester?
Also, i've only seen the fizzy pill form, chewable tablets and capsule available. Is their any cheap alternative that I can add to the MSM drink?
I'm not a fan of chewing 1000ml worth daily and find the fizzy form and time release capsule expensive. A one month supply of 500ml daily will set me back by about $50.
thank you |
