I think it's from Almay, or at least Almay has one:

Almay Smart Shade

"Magically transforms into your ideal shade!" I'm skeptical but then I can be a skeptic. Smile

Max Factor has one called Colour Adapt, I'm betting Revlon has one too, just don't know what it's called - haven't noticed it, and haven't yet tried any of them.

Its Revlon Beyond Natural. I liked it enough for summer - using the lightest one, but it wasn't light enough for my skin. You apply it with your fingers - I used a brush and it was an orange mess. If I had a darker skin tone, this would have been an ideal foundation - its light but has enough coverage - more than a TM but less than a foundation.
Hope that helps!
