Hey all,
I bought one of these a while ago, but haven't really been using it - it's just a pain to use.
Is there any compelling reason I should keep using it? Has anyone seen great results with it? Does it actually reduce wrinkles? Where would you rank it amongst other treatments?
Thanks,
Jamie |

Hi there,
After doing much research I actually just purchased the AALS and used it for the first time yesterday.
There are a few threads on these forums with regard to this...here is a really good one.

If I need to take some time for myself at night before I go to bed to help plump up my skin and reduce the signs of aging...I'm at the point I'm willing to do it. I think it comes down to how much time you're willing to put into it and if you can make that time as well. |

Jamie =- Why is it a pain to use? What would make it less of a pain? I'm not following this?
I mean, when you purchased it - did you know what needed to be done to use it?
I don't have one but I do have a Prolight Red and I love it. I can use mine if I'm reading - just move it around every so often. Some use theirs watching TV?
My thoughts on such things are like this:
Anything - exercise, skincare regime, housecleaning - these all have benefits but you have to put the time into it to get the good stuff back.
Most things worth having or gaining require an effort to get back.
I suggest you stick with it Jamie and give it a three month time and see what happens. But you have to be committed and faithful to the program. You've already put the money down....

I guess the question for me is whether it's worth the time and effort - are many people seeing any real benefit?
Thanks,
