I've ordered several times with a regular card and have not had any concerns. Initially they kept rejecting one card (my debit maybe) and I had to use a credit card. |

I just ordered from them a month ago for the first time. No problems whatsoever. I used my regular visa and had my products here to Iowa in about 15 days. The products were genuine and very inexpensive. I will be ordering from them from now on. Greg |

I called my card company and told them to authorize the transaction this once and it finally went through. I honestly think they are probably ok. If the Generic Latisse is for real the price can't be beat. I am now addicted to actually having lashes after using Latisse. My dermatologist gives me samples of Renova because I'm on medicare and can't afford the script, but I hate going to the office and asking. I feel like I have to explain myself everytime I'm there because I have good skin, but I've developed some "hyper-pigmetation" lately.
Its the holidays so my order is still unshipped but I will post if there are new developements. |

I just placed an order for Retin a cream with Alldaychemist for the first time! Keeping my fingers crossed that everything will be fine! I searched for Renova but most of the online stores have stopped carrying it. I hope Retin a cream will not be too harsh for my dry skin. |

I just got some from there after using renova from medmex for years. Their .05 cream is good and i actually like it better than the renova. I need to slow down because i have been overdoing it a little but i think you will find that it works great. It is made by johnson and johnson. Greg |

It wont be as creamy as the Renova but i think it absorbs quicker and better and is just less messy. The tubes are only 20 gram so you have to buy more tubes at once. Let me know how you like it. Greg |

I have ordered four times and they are great. (I have to get it delivered to the US as they are no longer sending to Canada...) The only issue was when I was filling in my address info, and refreshed and someone else's info came up (but not their credit card #). CS is great and their packages are hand sewn, which is kind of cute. |

I read that others have had a holdup on their order. Same here. They sent it and said to send them a money order when it arrives. BUT I don't want to do that this time.
Those who had no problem using your VISA...was it your CREDIT card or DEBIT card? I heard that if I use one there will be a hold-up but not with the other one. I just don't know which one I should use. (I forgot which one I used last time.)
Thanks!!

I just received my first order from ADC and it was a very good experience. An e-mail was sent immediately after order placement and once the order had shipped. I received the Retin-a cream which is what I ordered. So far my credit card info. has not been compromised! |

I created an account just to let you know this: I ordered from this company on 2/14 and today on 2/16 $300+ charges were made to my VISA card somewhere in England. Luckily, my bank recognized the fraud and cancelled the charges and card.
BE WARY! |

I have ordered from All Day Chemist many times in the past without a problem.
However, after my most recent order fraudulent transactions occured using my debit card details. I use my debit card rarely on the internet and have every reason to believe it is connected to my ADC order.
I doubt i will use this company again. |

About a month after my order I am sorry to report I also have fraudulent activity on my credit card. The card co.is investigating. I don't know if it is ADC or just a coincidence, it just seems odd it should happen at this time, with these other posters. I do use that card for Internet orders and maintain a very low allowance and fraud protection on it, sure glad I did. |

Okay, although I'm satisfied with AlldayChemist's products, I must report that, it appears, fraudulent activities to the tune of almost 4000.00 showed up on my account. Of course my bank didn't honor these. I think I can assume this happened as the result of this order...I've not used my card for anything else online. |

Is anyone reporting the fraudulent charges to AllDayChemist? It is possible that they have one employee who is stealing the card numbers without the company's knowledge; if no one ever notifies them, they won't know to investigate.
When I made my purchases, I followed a suggestion here on EDS and used my credit card to get a "Safeshop" temporary card number with a low limit through my credit card company. It was that temporary number I used for my AllDayChemist order, without any problems. |

If you guys are experiencing any problems at all, you should contact your credit card companies. If they receive enough complaints about the same company, then they will investigate it, in which the credit card company has more "power" to shut it down or at least discredit the business. |

Not to mention, I would doubt the quality of the products if the business was trying to scam people of their money |

I ordered using the toll free number listed on the site and have had no issues at all on my debit card, it's my belief that the fraud is happening out in cyberspace and not from ADC itself. It's an easy and free option to just call your order in and the lady that took my order was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. |

I tend to agree - I think these frauds happen out there in the "ether" - and have nothing to do with the company itself. Over the last few months I've had two credit cards cancelled by my bank due to fraudulent activity. The bank always phones and tell me what's going on. The last one was $297.00 to some on-line gambling site. Luckily, the bank seems to be on top of these issues and cancels the card promptly. But still, this is all a massive inconvenience to me and is so annoying. I do make allot of on-line purchases - but, thinking back over the last few months, I can't think of any that I have made from dodgy looking sites - they've all be reputable looking to me.
I think all one can do is to use a card with a limited amount of funds available or, better still, use one of those temporary cards. |

I completely agree with you, Keliu and DarkMoon. I've had two cards comprmised within the last six months. All of the fraudulent charges were attempted overseas. My bank also promptly canceled my cards and phoned me immediately.
I personally believe that "hacking" is big business these days. I really don't fault the companies/websites that I've ordered from as I do think they have security measures in place. I seriously doubt that an "employee" is to blame in most of the cases.
I have ordered from ADC and have always been very pleased with their customer service and their products. That being said, I'll most likely use a pre-paid Visa of some form for payment purposes.
**ETA: I do think it would be helpful if ADC were made aware of their customer's problems with fraudulent cc transactions after an order. |

I agree too, K, DM & K! I rarely enter my cc anywhere online, and I got my first unauthorized transaction ever at the start of the month ($500 to an online cosmetics company/distributer in Gibralter - nice stuff too!). So I believe what kims says, the bad guys have just figured out more efficient ways of hacking.
And I really doubt that a company like ADC who trusts US enough to, when there are problems, send merch first before even collecting payment, will be one who'll be ripping us off at the same time! From everything I've witnessed & heard, I just don't think its in their nature. |

I have ordered from ADC several times and experienced fraudulent charges after the first two orders. I did not realize the connection until after the second time. My card had been cloned and was being swiped in a state far from where I had ever been. That was a Visa credit card. Twice since, I've used an AMEX and had no issues - am wondering if these thieves have a problem with American Express cards... |
