Oh gosh, I didn't read this thread until now.FitFifty , mlrox , Bethany , thank you so much for buying my book and I'm really happy cos you like it. Everyone is so lovely on here, it was really kind of mpstat to put my book in one of the threads and people have taken such an interest and I'm going to end this post here before I start gushing as British people get embarrassed about that sort of thing |

FitFifty I'm glad your muscles are getting tired. Do stop if it gets painful, otherwise good for you! You've got it right away! Actually there's nothing wrong with keeping going when it's painful... you can't damage any joints, but I just don't like the thought of you being in pain |

You guys! You've all convinced me. I've checked into FlexEffect, and may do that too eventually. But now, otherloulou, I have to get your book! I think I will download it.
I'm very close to fifty - and yes, I can take a few lines here and there (though I'm fighting the ones beneath my eyes like mad) but the sagging is really getting to me. It seems that my body is slamming into menopause, and all of of sudden the sagging/jowliness is screaming out at me. I can't believe my face has changed so much in the past several months. Eeeek! |

Thanks otherloulou for your book: I've just downloaded it, but now I wish I had waited for the spiral-bound book since it must be easier to use! Any hints for how to combine the downloaded pages into a form that is easier to use??? |

You can mount the pages for the exercises onto cardboard and prop them up on your desk while you're doing them. For the rest of the book, you can punch holes and slip them into a file. |

I am just starting to notice a tiny bit of jowls, so am really trying to get better at my Flex Effect. It does get easier to get them all in during the day once they are memorized. I am really good at getting in all the forehead, eye exercises and it has really made a difference.
I have noticed even better results after I starting doing more of the massage. |

lorimcp - What kind of improvement did you see with FlexEffect? |

My eyes have opened up quite a bit using the upper face exercises, but seemed to really benefit from the eyebrow massage in the book. I think it has also caused my eyebrows to fill in and makes the area right under my brow plumper. After doing it daily for about 2 weeks I could really see the difference and feel the difference in my skin thickness.
Also my neck seemed to improve after I added the massage to that area along with some St Ives skin firming lotion. |
