I'm so glad you made this a separate thread, mpstat, cuz it is quite worthy of it! I have been doing my Ageless exercises for 3 days now and I'm impressed at how quickly I can get thru them. I can feel the muscles working too! The lip exercises are my favorite - I can see it working already, and I am more conscious now of how I hold my face....avoiding that droopy, scowl-y, lips-pressed-together look!
As I said before, I am happy that I don't have to place my fingers into my mouth to achieve the cheek exercises - I'm weird about that! I was seeing some great results with FE, but am happy I don't need to spend as much time now, and look forward to getting that beautiful jawline and neck that LouLou has! Thanks so much LouLou for your book and to mpstat for posting this separate thread =). Go for it, Kassy! I downloaded the pages and placed them between plastic sleeves and into a ring-binder....I'm not good at waiting for mail to arrive....I had to get started - time's a-wastin'.... |
looking to incorporate exercises that specifically target anti-aging benefits. I've read that certain workouts can help improve muscle tone, flexibility, and overall vitality check https://www.unaging.com/unaging-system/. Does anyone have recommendations for routines or specific exercises that are particularly effective? I'm interested in both cardio and strength training, and any tips on frequency and duration would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there are any other activities like yoga or pilates that you've found beneficial, I'd love to hear about those too. Thanks in advance for your suggestions! |

Hi All!
To answer your question, yes, I’m still doing facial exercises (Carolyn’s CFF). Been doing them since around 2013, and I’m really happy with the results.
But honestly, I think most facial exercises can be helpful, regardless of which program you follow. The key really is consistency, right?
I’m 65 now, and while nothing is perfect (except maybe plastic surgery!), I can definitely see the benefits and am glad I started them back in my 50s when my face started “falling down.” 😊
I actually took pictures over weeks, months, and now years to document my progress. It’s been really helpful to look back at how my face looked in my 50s versus how it looks now in my 60s, and I’m glad I documented the changes.
It helped to keep me motivated, especially in the first 6 weeks or so because your eyes can't see the subtle changes the camera can. And after about 4 weeks of doing the exercises and not noticing the changes, well you're ready to give up.
But I'm glad I didn't. 😁 |
