Is there anything I can do to even out my upper eye lids? My eyes are sinking!
I haven't been sleeping much/well in the past year, and I think it's having an effect.
Can I do anything else in addition to getting more sleep? |

Hi pumaka
I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. Do you mean that your eyelids are "hooded" -looking? Are the eyelids drooping and covering much of your eyeball? |

Fawnie,
I mean my upper eyelid used to be smooth and even, and now the crease is deepening. They're not dropping, just the eyeball sticks out a bit more because the eyelid around is "sinking".
I read it's due to being there less fat with age.
I guess inevitable if I'm prone to that |

Facial exercise can help counteract that. Check out this thread...it will help educate you on the various programs. FlexEffect and Ageless If You Dare are the 2 hot ones are the moment.
