I posted this on the Ageless thread in the DIY section, but just posting here in case anyone lost the thread when it moved(I did! Embarassed

I've made a sort of video that's very amateur, but should show you roughly what to do. It's free if you've got the book/download, I've sent out to people who've emailed me before, otherwise if you'd email me at [url]LouiseAnnetteUk@aol.com[/url] I'll send you the link/password. LouLou I just received your book in the mail today..and had no time to read it before going to bed..so I got up at 4:30am to read and do the exercises..I just couldn't wait to try them..

and all the time i was doing them i was wishing that I could see you do them 'in person'..

so I went on line to see if i could understand more about the exercises..especially about exercise #1...by re-reading your posts...and the first post i looked at was your post about completing your video..

I am so thrilled...this really feels like what I have been looking for... since..in accordance with my own inner life..i truly believe..for me.. that it is the methods that are natural that are the most effective.

(the photo of Elinor Glyn at age 78 is astounding..almost unbelievable)

Oh yeah! Definitely worth the trouble you took to do it!! thanks! it really does clarify everything!! Not a problem about being "amateur"....it is concise, well done, and gets the points across clearly....what more could we want???
And...we get to see your lovely face!!

Wow! Thanks so much for making the video. I downloaded your book, then spent about 10 seconds flipping through the pages... And decided to wait for the next stress free weekend to try the exercises. The video will get me motivated to try them sooner.

I must say you look gorgeous!! Are you sure that's not your mother in your 'before' pic Confused

By the way, does anyone know how to download the video, it would save having to log into Photobucket every time.

Same here anyai was doing that wrong too. i was doing exercise 6 wrong too..but i knew that as i was having trouble with it, but now i get it! Thanks loulou you're a gem Very Happy

I don't know how to download, sorry. I sent the file to the place the book and ebook are published, but they don't 'do' video downloads Neutral
