i see on some sites it says wait 4 hours and some say a few days and others say 2 weeks! im not sure what to believe. my doc said 24 hours. why should you avoid saunas? what effect do saunas/steam rooms have on juvederm? in general is it possible they could make juvederm disappear faster? thats what im scared of! thanks |

I beleive it is b/c heat/exercise etc may cause excessive swelling. My undereyes once swelled dramatically following juvey, and I then got deep risidual brusing (called hemosiderin) which lasted over 6mths!! So its worth following all precautions!!
