I'm thinking about getting a masque. I see people raving about ES and I wonder if 1)a masque is a good thing for relatively dry skin 2) how close to your eyes do you apply it? and 3) given my type of skin, how often would I need to use it?
TIA |

I find ES very moisturising. I apply very close to eye underneath and just below eyebrow on top. Don't know if I am supposed to, but it works for me. If you order ES Judy will give you full instructions on best way to put on.

I have also been using ES on a regular basis for the past 6 weeks and have had no problems with my skin feeling dry. I also apply it very close to my lower lids and most of the top lids as well. |

I've mentioned this before, I think, but to answer Nanapost's question, around the eyes, I personally recommend applying the masque above beginning at the browbone and stroking upward through the brow. Below, I start at the outer corner of the eye about 1/8" below the lash line and stroke inward going across the bridge of the nose to the opposite brow.
In the first 90 days, you apply the masque 2 to 3 times a week, after that maintenance consists of 1 to 2 times per week.
In addition to that, I personally apply a mixture of the masque and the ES serum together (more serum than masque) and apply it to the eye areas (same way as above) every night. This forms a VERY light masque that reduces puffiness and helps to keep you from "smushing" the eye area as you sleep.
This was not a recommendation that came with the masque from our chemists. It is an idea that my business partner came up with and it has worked well for me too.
My company does market the product (I know you all know that, but I'm following guidlines by putting that in every post.)

Maybe there should be a warning label, "Caution, this product may be harmful to small animals!" |

What is ES, and is this being advertised on our Forum???
Good masks for dry skin: Cellcosmet Anti-Stress Mask, Dermalogica Intensive Moisture Mask, Pevonia Sevactive Mask, Decleor NutriDelice Nourishing Cereal Mask, or Juvena Juvelia Creamy Mask Plus. |

ES= Esthers Secret and I don't see it as being advertised here even though Judy Marshall is a distributor. She handles herself in a very friendly and professional way.
Think it is Lori and Suzanne doing all the tempting when it comes to ES here hehe.

ES is Esthers Secret. Judy Marshall has been part of this board for a long time. Judy has helped all of us in so many ways. re: skincare, product ingredients, nutrition. I for one have received so much helpful information from her post.
Even though Judy's company distributes Esthers Secret, she has never pushed her product on anyone. Many of us are interested in products with Argireline in it. I happen to use another product with Argireline but have purchased the ES Masque. I contacted Judy. She never PMed me or sought my business. I was more impressed with Lori and Gucci's recommendations .
Hope this helps. |

Actually, I approached EDS about marketing the version of the product that is sold only to spas and salons, but they said that they weren't taking on any new products at this time. My company would be happy to have the product sold on EDS.

Thank goodness I found out about ES (Esters Secret.) You really should have it advertised on this forum.
The dermatologist I go to has his own Advanced Aesthetics Medi Spa and it doesn't have anything better than this. I've spent quiet a lot of money on laser rejuvenation and ES is just as good (much, much less expensive) and doesn't hurt. Some of the procedures I've had, especially laser, are painful.
Anyway, I've sure learned a lot from reading other's experiences. Every little bit of info we get from each other helps.
Some people are so much more willing to give of themselves and their experiences. Thanks, Judy |

Same here, I approached Judy about the product, as I'd heard so many good things about it....and it is a great product....If EDS could stock it, that would be fabulous! |

When should one start using ES or any product with argeriline(sp?)..I mean, is there an age requirement? |

I have demonstrated it for someone as young as 22 and women as old as 82 and all had some result, although different for the different ages.
Women with more mature skin that has lost more firmness often shows the greatest lift, but younger skin often keeps the initial lift longer than more mature skin.
On younger skin (in 20's) the benefit that I see most is the skin looks very hydrated and firmed, even moist. Since the masque has a slight exfoliating effect, it gives the skin more clarity. For more mature skin, it takes using it longer to see as much clarity of the skin, which makes sense because more mature skin will have a duller appearance and the skin cells don't renew as quickly as younger skin.
While Argireline (acetyl hexapeptide-3) has received a great deal of attention for anti-aging, you need to remember that it works best when other ingredients are present such as quality anti-oxidants like green tea extract, grapeseed extract, and hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid. It's the combination of ingredients that works most effectively.

In the post above yours and at the bottom of that post there are three icons. The second will allow you to send Judy a private message on the forum. The third will allow you to send her an email

Thanks for those helpful instructions Mabsy
I've been scarce on the forum for a while since my computer monitor burned out (literally) on Friday. What a smell!
Anyway, have a new one and am back to posting!
My husband rushed me to Austin to look for a new monitor. He says I'm too hard to live with when I'm having computer problems!

Hi Kathy,
You can buy Ester's Secret Mask onwww.Kingsway-Global.com. Put "facelift" in the upper right hand corner. You can buy just the mask or the serum.
The two products work better together. The mask gives the "lift" and the serum is a cutting edge product that has Argirelene.
Judy Marshall has developed special techniques for using the mask to get better results. So if you order, be sure to request her instructions.
