I tried the EPO and they really work on my skin. I don't know if it's me but I feel radiant after taking the oils. Smile

I tried the supplement but it just made me break out. Some people have great luck with it though.

I took the supplements when I was following the fat flush plan (loosely that is). I switched over to Perfect Skin by Genuine Health and my skin improved. Those are fish oil supplements they're about $30 at drugstores in Canada. A friend of mine had really good results. Her forehead acne cleared up almost 100%. Mine is hormonal however and didn't see the benefits to the same degree.

I tried the evening primrose fixed oil for external use - it's wonderful, makes skin feel soft -

I use it after shower on wet face and body to moisturize and then just dab off the extra.

It's a very very good skin oil, have no idea about supplements. I am a true believe of getting what you need from food, not supplements.

I think that if you are going to take any out of regular supplements (like not vitamins) you should really consult a physician first.

Evening primrose is an expensive and wonderful oil for external use.

i take this as a supplement, but for hair growth (or really for hair loss Wink )

I have an effect on my hair, and my skin is looking tighter and thicker, but I would prob attribute this to other things. Still, it must be helping!
