IMO it's complete rubbish! It's a horrible rubber device that is next to impossible to put in the mouth - but if you do manage to get it in there it's horribly uncomfortable to use. Not recommended.
There's another gadget called the FacialFlex which also fits in the mouth - it's much easier to use. However, I have yet to see any results from using it. |

i have a flexaway and when i remember to use it for a few days i do see a difference and you only need to do a minute a day so its good as its not time consuming
but it did take me about a month to work out how to use it, but once i worked it out i didnt find it hard to use |
