I recently bought the aroma peeling doux, and just used it tonight so here is my review of it!
"Darphin Mild Aroma Peeling also improves the penetration of skin care products.
* Creamy texture gently dissolves dead epidermal cells;
* Natural saponins, in the creamy base, blend with impurities (such as waxes and hardened sebum occupying blocked, open pores);
* Lemon content hydrates, purifies and brightens — also helping to tighten and stimulate pores distended by impurities;
* Pineapple enzymes digest dead cellular matter, in a manner similar to the proteolytic enzymes found in Jan Marini Clean Zyme Cleanser and Skin Zyme Mask;
* Sandalwood, a gentle alternative to tea-tree and benzoyl peroxide such as that used in Proactiv, where mild acne is present, is both antibacterial and anti-inflammatory (and emotionally calming!). "
So, the first thing that really strikes you is the smell! It smells sooooo good. The texture is kindda creamy, glittering - like the sk2 cleansing gel.
I applied it on my skin, and left in on for a few minutes..
After a few minutes, i start scrubbing the peel off. this is where i don't really like it, it doesn't really go off easily, and it's hard to scrub it off, it feels uncomfortable.
But the skin does feel smooth after scrubbing the peel off.
Conclusion : i really loveee the smell! but i dont like having to scrub it off, it scrubs off in clusters, its inconvenient! But i guess it helps scrubbing off dead skin! hehe |
