Thanks for the explainations, Determined. I'm going to start doing this, too, but just for arms and belly area. So, just so I know I'm reading this correctly, for the whole belly/waist area it's only 60 reps total and same for arms, 60 reps total for the whole tricep area, right?

I'll be sure to come back here in a couple of weeks of doing this daily to report if there is any difference. Smile

Basically 60 reps is a minimum, I often do more. At least 60 reps on sides (hips to bra-line) 60 reps under belly button and 60 reps belly button to bra line. One thing that helps me maintain my stamina is that I have a nice tile shelf that I can put my foot on to do the thigh work. I don't have to reach down so far. Good luck, hope this words for you.

Horseback riding, particularly hunter/jumper.

My thighs are best when mountain biking at least 4x per week and horseback riding at least 2x.

Amazing results on the inner thigh!

YES! Definitely hunter/jumper....not trail riding, but REAL riding. Jumping is by far the best all over body exercise I have ever done...nothing compares, it gets belly, thighs, butt, upper bod...fabulous, and hard, body work!
Drop your stirrups for an even more intense work out.

Best workout for getting lean, shapely legs I have ever come across is Quick Callanetics Legs.

It's not easy but boy does it work! The book (which can be found for peanuts on Amazon does have a simpler program to build your strength over time; the book also tweaks the workout to make it harder if you find the DVD too easy). But yes you will most certainly have legs like Callan Pinckney (RIP) has. You can see her legs in this video clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fydaIpqPzZo

I "bike" in the water for 10 laps. It strengthen my thigh and firms it...

If you are really concern, see a doctor. I heard a new procedure called "Cold Fusion" (I think this is the name, can't remember!) where the doctor placed a vacuum on your skin to melt those fats on the any skin (1 hour). No surgery. You will see results in maybe 1-2 months???

I think cost is approx. less than $1000 per area? Not sure again on this.

I am not sure whether this is a repeat topic. If yes, please forgive me. I just finished shower and I realised my thigh is quite fat. Does anyone have experience to lose thigh's fat?

I did this program years ago (in my 20's) and OMG your not kidding, it works and it kicks your butt. I had totally forgotten about this, going to check into getting it again.

just wondering, if you have to do say 60 times up and down knuckle massaging, could you use another tool, instead of hands, ie i have a face massager, its got nodes of it so gives same effect as knuckles, and do u think you could do this on say chin area - the jowly bit to tighten skin there?
