Aging causes a: sad-faced factory, all much ado about nothing。
Aging reason 2: staying up late. |

I stay up really late, but I can't change because I am just a late person. I think both smoking and bad diet are the other factors of aging. |

I have am so good in many ways I don't smoke or drink I always wear sun screen and I take good care of my skin. I do however have a very sweet tooth and eat a lot of sugary snacks which makes my acne worse and will make me age faster. |

Sad-faced factory? I believe a stressful or sad life does take a toll on people's looks over time... Think of Charlize Theron in Monster. All that hard living without love or kindness sort of shows up in one's face. |

smoking, unhealthy diet, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, too much stress... but it is difficult to avoid all all the time. |

There are many factors that contribute to aging. Too much exposure to the sun seems to be the number one culprit. Smoking, not drinking enough water, not exercising enough, eating too much fatty food, drinking alcoholic beverages, not having enough sex also contribute.
However, I do not believe your first statement is correct.

Although I must admit, I am not entirely clear what you meant, but the "all much ado about nothing" kinda bothers me. I don't think it's much ado about nothing at all if you have a sad face (but not sure about the factory part - what exactly is that?). |
