I had a foot detox done at a spa - and I really didnt pay attention to what she was saying as far as the color in relation to my body/health.
I read on the internet that that is pretty much bs.
So I used sea salts in a hot tub of water at home and although nothing came out (surprise) my feet felt very tingly -like they did at the spa - but even more so. And I just felt good.
Does anyone have an opinion on what that could be and if these baths really work to detox even maybe a little???

Im just curious about the dead sea salt that i used at home. If that is just as good - Id continue to use it.
Im just not sure if its in my head that it actually is working. The girl at the spa put a band around my arm and waist for an electrical current - of course I cant do that at home. So i dont know if Im wasting my time.

My unit has a band. I think it serves to complete the circuit. I think any kind of salt is OK.
I don't think my unit is as strong as the one at the chiropractors. |

Well, I'm not a scientist, but it has something to do with ionizing stuff out of your system. In the thread I pointed to above there are some articles and here is somethimg:
