I am trying to order from Alldaychemist today for my Lumigan.... So I thought with the $25 shipping fee, I might as well order my Retin A. However, for the 0.1% concentration, they only have the gel, not the creme that I have been using. Is this ok? I have combination skin, bordering on oily.
Or should I just order the creme? but the strongest concentration they have is only .05%.
Note: I use my retinA with my Obagi Blender and sometimes with my Supercop.
Thanks in advance for all you Retin A experts! |

If you are using this with Obagi Blender, you should really stick to the cream. I know there are some people on here who use the gel, but the Blender was really meant to be used with Retin A cream. Just my 2 cents! |

Riley girl probably knows best on this. I am one of those who uses the gel .1% from ADC but I don't use Obagi so I'm a different case. BTW: my skin is combo - oily. |

I like to use the 0.1% cream, but like you, when I ordered from Alldaychemist they only had the gel, so I got that. I found it to be much stronger than the cream (and my skin is not very sensitive). The gel really makes my skin peel allot and it also has a drying effect (unlike the cream).
So I much prefer the cream - but I do use the gel maybe once a week for some added oomph. |

Thanks everyone. Now that I see the benefits of each, I think I will order one of each. I'll use the .1% gel by itself and use the .05% creme with the Obagi blender.
After all, its less than $4. Whichever is less effective, I will use on my hands thereafter. (My hands look much much older than my face) |
