Hey, I purchased the clarisonic brush primarily to help me tackle my blackheads, but was quited dissapointed by the results on this area, but was so impresed by how it made my skin look and feel overall ive been more than happy I bought it. Its time now to change my brush head for the first time and I was wondering if anyone had noticed if the normal brush was more effective at clearing blackheads than the sensitive brush that ive been using. Im a bit worried about going up to the normal brush as my skin can be a little bit sensitive, so if no ones noticed that there is much of a difference i dont think it would be worth the chance! thanks x |

Clarisonic helped a few friends reduce blackheads but didn't work for me. I tried both normal and sensitive brush heads but IMHO that didn't make much difference in terms of removing blackheads. |

For me, Clarisonic hasn't removed the blackheads, but it HAS helped with a much easier and effortless removal of the blackheads.
I previously used the sensitive brush head and switched the normal. I think I was using it too often with the 'normal' brush head and it caused by skin to dry out or exfoliate much quicker. As a result, I only use it every 2-3 days (I was using it everyday with sensitive, and it was okay for my skin).
BTW, with consistent use, I find that I hardly get any blackheads anymore. |

Hi Puglove, do you mean that your blackheads are extracted more easily? Thanks |

I know I am desperately looking for something to reduce my blackheads on the forehead, and sooth my skin so that it doesn't look bumpy when putting on foundations... Hope Clarisonic will help that? |

no sure if anyone else has notice this but the clarisonic removes blackheads from medium size pores. I noticed that the big ones doesn't get removed and nor does the very small ones.
I am still in the initial stages of trying so I will keep you updated. I have the sensitive brush head. My skin is pretty delicate. |

My derm said that nothing can remove blackheads, only extraction done by a professional. Yes, you can decrease the size of pores, but once the blackhead is there then the only way to get rid of it is to extract it
Has anyone tried Sicylic Acid peels to help with blackheads and all other evil skin formations? |
