Ok, i'd like to post the answer Skinceuticals gave me regarding this question, so others can find it easily.
The Vitamin C Serums should be stored at room temperature. The product should be clear to a light amber color when first purchased, but oxidation is a natural process that vitamin C undergoes and is normal. However, even though the product is oxidizing and darkening over time, there is little loss of efficacy over the course of the product life (12 months). If you purchased a product that is already dark in color upon initially opening it, you may want to return it to the location you purchased it and request a replacement. We recommend you discontinue use of the product when it turns dark brown or blood red in color.

thank you for posting this 
I thought watery vit.C serums should be stored in the fridge and that`s where I was keeping my Skinceuticals CE Ferulic and Phloretin serums when I was using them  |

| I know thats what they say but I disagree. I always store in the fridge, it definitely keeps it from oxidizing so quickly. I find it oxidizes pretty quickly when stored at room temperature. |
