I always had like a couple of limes on my forhead, but now i am shocked how deep and noticable they become.

Please could u recomend what I could try!

Topical C with sunscreen in the morning, and a Retinoid in the evening. These are the only proven things for fine lines/wrinkles. Topical products can only do so much and will improve the deep wrinkles, but may not get rid of them entirely.

You also need to work on minimizing the movement that is making the furrows/wrinkles. By being aware of this movement and retraining the muscle, it could help that area to relax.
You can try facial exercises and at a last ditch, botox. But since you are young, I would go with the exercises and retinoids first.

Topicals would not be enough to treat deep wrinkles, you need to work on muscles themselves. You might want to consider:
* Facial exercises & massage
* Safetox to inhibit the muscles that cause wrinkles:

your brow and wear sunglasses. I am almost 59 and have fewer forehead wrinkles that many 25 year olds - I know because the young ladies at the hair salon asked me if Botox hurts! Since I am allergic to all fillers, I told them they would have to tell me. As we were all looking in the mirror together each young lady had her brow raised in the inquiring minds wants to know position. Wearing sunglasses sure helped with lines around eyes as well - I have few than they do as well. I have hazel eyes which are light sensitive - and I also have ocular rosacea so wore the sunglasses and didn't squint. Now if only I hadn't puckered my left cheek when thinking. I can't use any form of acid, retinol, C etc. so I do what I can. You might also ask for an objective opinion as to whether your forehead lines are as deep as you think - often we focus on something and think that it is worse than it is. Hopefully this is the case.

Copper Pepptides
pentapeptides

Sometimes lines can be worsened by internal dehydration. Remember to drink your water and get sleep. I notice my face ages temporarily when I skip sleep and neglect my water intake. Other than that retinol is highly espoused. Good luck!!

You have received may great suggestions from the members here. If you are a bit overwhelmed, you may want to start off with,

A good sunscreen during the day;
Wearing sunglasses;
A retinol, progressing to Retin A at night;

Work on not frowning. I have read that frownies have gotten some good reviews as well for this. Good luck.

Thinking about your age I think frownies is a good place to start. If you aren't pleased with things after a month or so the Safetox is excellent and has kept many women from botox...I know because I am one of them... Very Happy check out my forehead on the Safetox thread.
