i want to try obagi nu-derm but i don't know whether the summer is a good season. Maybe the winter is the best to begin ? i know there is no restrict of season but the sunshine is so strong i think it will weaken the effect.
Any suggestion? thanks!

I prefer to use it in the winter since the sun isn't out as much, but as long as you use VERY good sun protection, you should be okay. I would also not rely solely on sunscreen, but hats/umbrellas if your actually going to be outside at all. This program makes your skin extra sensitive to the sun, so it's really about protecting your skin, not the product losing its effectiveness.

Hi Beautylove. I've been on the Obagi Nu Derm since April 1st and so far am very happy with the results. People are not exagerating when they say you will get really red and peel a lot. What I would take under consideration is how much time you spend outdoors in the summer.I'm meticulous with sunscreen and hats and try not to get any long exposure. Since I live in California, it's very similar to summer most of the year and I'm not regretting starting now. Whatever you decide, I wish you the best of luck. Please keep us posted!

On the upside, that sounds so glamorous. Wide brimmed sunhats and sunglasses. Super fifties/moviestar! If I were to do the Nu-derm program I'd choose summer.

thank you all. My skin is sensitive to sunshine even i use sunblock/hats/umbrellas outdoor in the summer, but finally i decide to try obagi right now, because the effectiveness will not be weaken as long as enough protection.
