This might seem a strange question but I was looking at the whites of my eyes and think they look more off white, kinda murky rather than white.
Could this mean im not as healthy or eating as well as i could be? Because whenever i look at someone who has eyes that are really clear ie the white part is really white...i think it makes them look really healthy.
I want that look! I just think it makes me look a bit blah in the eyes.
Does anyone else find their eyes are similar? I dont have eye strain or anything so it cant be that. |

Hi carolb69. I have noticed that also from time to time and find that when I drink a lot of water, don't drink alcohol and eat very healthily the whites of my eyes get much whiter, with a more blue white cast rather than a bit on the yellow. Is it the liver that effects the color of the whites? In the past I took an herbal remedy for sleep and read later that it made people's eye whites get yellow which I had noticed. It could be that some people just have a whiter eye area. HTH |
