I've never really exfoliated my skin before, any guidelines? The scrub I have is the one from MD Formulations..The reason I'm going to begin exfoliation is because I've began using sunless tanners now=P |

MTM Skincare has a product called "Resurfacing Gel". I use it myself, and it has provided me with tremendous results after a period of committed usage.
The price is a little on the high side, but I felt that I definitely get what I paid for. After all, I wouldn't want to use cheap products on my face. Do give it a try. |

I have lightstim, an electric machine, which exfoliates with corundum crystals that shoot out of a wand. It works well and makes my skin smooth and soft.
Now I stopped using it while I try retinol and AHA creams, both exfoliate with acids. The methods are different but both serve a similar purpose. By removing dead cells we encourage new cells to come to the surface. |
