I just received my Lumigan ("For use only in India") from All Day Chemist. It came in a plain brown wrapper from a private address in the US. I have to commend this company on its outstanding CS. Not only is the Lumigan dirt cheap (I bought two and split the cost of shipping with my DD) but these people shine when it comes to servicing their clients. The product is sealed. It's a rather strange way to send, but avoided Customs and associated processing fees. (Canada Customs imposes a $5.00 fee for merely checking the package. This is still chargeable even when no duty or tax is payable.) Since the package was sent regular mail without a Customs slip, it went straight through. Bad Grin I can thoroughly recommend these people for their attention to CS and detail.

Do be aware that ADC will up your spam geometrically. You'll be getting LOTS of Blue Pill emails now. In all kinds of permutations. I have a terrific spam filter, and some still get through. Eventually, it diminishes, once the spam filter catches on (again).

I say this, having ordered from ADC three or four times, and the spam thinger always peaks afterwards. Very annoying. Obviously not annoying enough to make me a non-customer, but annoying, nonetheless.

I like ADC fine, but the ------------------ ("PAs.sionite NITES!!") spam thing is worth noting. For some, it won't be worth it. And I do not blame you.

For ADC I have a throw-away gmail account that I never use except for them. They can spam me all they want, but I never go there!

Another friend who lives in Canada has encountered a problem with ADC in that they do not accept Canada CC, apparently. How do you get around that?

I didn't have any problems with my Canadian CC or with spam.

Even if they don't accept a certain credit card you can send them a check.

My mom and I made a huge order last month, submitted a credit card (US credit card), then received an email saying they weren't accepting credit cards but we could send a check. They went ahead and processed the order. It arrived a week later before we ever even sent the check!

They have fantastic customer service!

I just ordered something yesterday and was able to pay with my Canadian CC no problem.

They are offering a $5 rebate if you send them a check or money order but I didn't know how it would work converting to CAD$, etc. so I just used my credit card.

That happened to me too! I was delaying sending the check (just busy) but did not know they would really send it first! That is trust! They gave me a discount as well for my trouble.

That's the Indian culture for you. Years ago, I sold a typewriter to a young couple from India. I had put in the ad "certified cheque only." When they handed me a regular cheque, I made the mistake of saying that it should be certified. It was as if I had insulted them in the worst way. I'll never forget the look in their eyes. I still feel bad about it 30 years on!

I have ordered with ADC. I paid with a check and got the $5 discount. The order came nicely packaged, actually sown inside a cloth wrapper.
