I`m using Caudalie instant foaming cleanser - it`s very mild and will not overstrip your skin (i.e. make it "squeaky" clean), and the new formula is free of sodium laureth sulfate, but if you wear a sunscreen or heavy makeup, you should use a milk cleanser at first, followed by Caudalie foaming cleanser. |

Cellbone Collagen Cleanse. Not very harsh, but cleans well. |

Shiseido gentle cleanser, a foaming cleanser not harsh but cleans well. Clinique also has a foaming cleanser which cleans well but I feel it is a bit too harsh. |

I am using Obagi Nuderm whole product line, including cleanser, which is good.
I tried Shiseido gentle cleanser before and it was good too. |

I agree with the Shiseido gentle cleanser. Love the way it feels on my skin. Feels very light. Sometime if you ask for samples they will give them to you. |

Isn't the squeaky clean feeling bad? |

I read somewhere (probably on here) that you should not use a foaming cleanser since it has SLS in it which strips your skin of the natural oil. You'd be better off with a gentle cleanser that is not foaming and doesn't have SLS in it. |

Thanks all for the recommendations.
I tried cleansing milk before but always have the feeling that my face is not "cleaned" and therefore think that foaming cleanser is better for combination skin. Am I wrong to say that?
I really have no idea |

You should not use a cleanser with SLS (very bad)
However, not all foaming cleansers have SLS. I personally steer clear of cleansers which use Laurel/laureth sulfates and their varients, as I find them all too drying (my skin is clean, but feels drained/unhealthy.
If you like a deep cleaning foaming cleanser but your skin somewhat sensitive, then order a sample of the Keys Island RX Foaming wash. All their samples are only 2.95. Also, read their story, it's very interesting.
Hope this helps
Also, if you're interested in the different brands and the harmful ingredients they use, check out: http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com

I saw a commercial for Neutrogena Wave which is a little battery operated cleansing device. It vibrates and has a pad on one end. All you do is put some water on that pad and turn on the device and let it vibrate and spin on your face. It's supposed to open your pores for deep cleansing. I have not tried this but the commercial looked really good. |

I have heard from many people that that product is a complete waste of money. It is basically just a foaming little vibrating device.. nothing more. |

Isn't it the same idea as Clarisonic? |
