dear all, i am a new member in EDS forum.. nice to meet you all 
i live in sydney and i am wondering if there is anyone from australia too? i have made my first order with EDS for over 10 business days and i am not sure why i still have not recieved my products yet 
has anyone got the same experience?? thanks ~! |

However, we don't really have a specific place to post delivery related queries on here, they should be emailed directly to EDS. To put you at ease I will tell you that EDS parcels get to me in around a week but I just waited almost two weeks for a parcel from Hong Kong (I'm in Brisbane) so it would appear that customs might be going through a slow patch. Please contact EDS regarding your order if you are concerned.
