Please recommend what can I use to prevent aging. I have normal to slighly oily skin..no issue with skin.

this is the golden anti-aging trio:
vit.C serum + sunscreen (in the morning)
retinoid/retinol product (in the evening)
there`s much more however: massage, facial exercises, good diet, healthy life-style, regular exercises, good water intake, non-smoking, LED devices, AHA... |

I have heard there are vitamin supplements that help as well, but I'm still reaserching that. When I find out more, I'll post for you.

You will pay big bucks for the Perricone products without a difference in ingredients. I'd suggest checking out iherb.com or other sites (as seen in the thread) and using the same high quality supplements at a better price. With Perricone you pay lots for the name. Just read the labels and compare. |
