I am 41 and noticed that I am getting puffy jowl like things on the side of my mouth. It's like the skin as fallen forward, and under my chin as become droopy too, I am only 41! I hate to look in the mirror, serious as vain as that may sound I can't help the way I feel. Are there any facial exercises that can tone up those areas, or is it impossible. If I had the casH I would run straight to a plastic surgeon..I wish |

There are lots of exercises you can do to help this area. Exercises that lift the cheeks will make a difference and there are specific exercises that target around the chin and neck region. There are some free ones on you tube - research Carole Maggio for chin and neck ones (scooping! is great exercise for the chin/jowel stuff.
Ageless if you Dare has great cheek exercises and other exercises - the program is only $10.00 and has helped lots of us. |

This is the best chin/jowl exercise I've tried. I do a combination of Ageless and FE and see great results! |

Please don't despair!! I was 41 when I first began using Carole Maggio's Facercise routine. I had just had my first child and lost all my "baby fat" when my face begin to look hollow and droopy in areas. So, I know full well how you are feeling!! However, I am a walking testimony to the fact that her program does work! Even my son's 11-12 year old friends all think I am about 10 years younger than my actual age. The book and DVD are available on line. However, if you need a more-hands on approach, I know she has private instruction on the web using Skype, which I believe is about $150 for an hour if your budget can afford it. I think the Skype cameras which you attach to your computer are fairly cheap too like $25 dollars or so. Hang in there ~ things will get better. Don't even think about plastic surgery as an option ~ you are WAY TOO YOUNG for that! Even if your budget could afford it, it doesn't last and needs to be repeated! Even the stars who have millions and get plastic surgery can look fake!! Facercise is a tool that can be used anywhere and you absolutely CAN work out the muscles of your face and achieve lifting effect, just like the muscles of your body. FYI: Maggio's email is on her site cmaggio@mminternet.com. Best wishes to you, Aprile |
