I'm planning on doing some simple facial exercises. Any examples? It's crucial that doesn't take too long time to perform them.
Thanks;D |

| I'd look at Ageless If You Dare. Very quick and effective exercises, for only $10 for the program. There's a long thread on it. |

You might want to google "facial exercerises". There are numerous video examples of them online. It's a way to "get your feet wet" with facial exercise so to speak before buying a program you might not be inclined to use faithfully.
I find it hard to "get" exercises from just written descriptions; seeing them demonstrated works better for me. |

i just bought the ageless program. hard to pass up at less than 10 dollars for the e-book download. today is day 4 for me. i find my face feels sore, i think more from the facial massage than from the exercises themselves.
i had seen the no!no! face mask thing on HSN and omg! $200 ! i think i will try this small investment first.... i found ageless from posts here on EDS. the other program interests me too. flexeffect. but it is more expensive and seems more involved and time consuming. i figure if i see results with the ageless program i will probably invest in the flexeffect program as well. |

If your completely new to facial exercises, then why not read Tom Haggerty's site:www.shapeyourface.com, he has a total of 5 exercises that he details for free. Then when you have mastered those, you will find (like most of us do) that you have an appeptite for further information and can go with a different program - and there are so many out there nowadays which is great! |
