I've noticed on myself and other "older" women, that the lip corners begin to turn down as the face ages. Sad Anyone have a suggestion about what to do for this (other than smiling nonstop??)

Mountaingirl - I like what Lou has to say about learning to "hold your face". I think that's the ticket. You know what I think has helped alot is the scalp flex exercise and drawing your scalp back. and just envision your corners being anchored by the corner of your eyes. It's like being in semi-smile or pleasant mode all the time.

Yes, ITA with Sis's post above and thnks for reminding me! LouLou's lip exercise is a big help for me. I consciously lift the corners of my lips while doing it to give it an added boost! =)

*returning to Pleasant Mode now*

SS...wow, I never noticed how drawing the scalp back actually lifts the corners of the mouth ever so slightly. Ok...I will do this exercise more often. I've gotten slack (no pun intended) about doing my facial exercises. Ok..I wondered if anyone had any success with the old Dermaltone or whatever product is the new equivilent. I still have my Dermaltone from maybe 15-20 yrs ago. I remember going to some Expo's and the Dermaltone marketers had a lady with them that had only used the Dermaltone on half her face. It was amazing and ABSOLUTELY sold me. One half of her face was totally lifted, the other side sagged. The contrast was stark! Now I wonder if I should pull mine out. Back then I did use it religiously for about 6 months with no obvious results but I didn't have the sag I have now. Hmmmmm.....

What a great subject to address. I just ordered Ageless If You Dare. After reading your posts it sounds like the exercises are user friendly and I can skip the ones that would affect my TMJ. The only thing I am bummed about is that the ones to make a fuller face are probably the ones I can not do! Jackie

Jacklyn...actually the Ageless exercises lift the face but slim it. The Flex Effect exercises broaden the lower portion of the face. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I just want to pass along that I have been using the Face Master for about six weeks now and the mouth stimulation has helped the corners of my mouth, it is not where I would like it yet but has improved.

Jaclyn...Flex Effect is another facial exercise program a lot of girls on the forum use. Lou Lou (from AGELESS) started with Flex Effect. Thanks for telling me about Facemaster!
