Hi everone
I've made some wonderful discoveries since being on this forum - not least you've all turned my DIY toiletry making into something of an obsession now!!!
I'm 24 weeks pregnant and want to pass my love for all things natural, homemade and organic on to my baby. Does anybody have any DIY recipes for this?
i'm thinking anything that's good for stretch marks and firming my skin up afterwards. Homemade diaper cream, homemade talcum powder etc etc? I've got a recipe for non-petroleum jelly which i'm going to make - but wondered if anybody else has any more recipes?
TIA |

When I was pregnant and then breastfeeding I loved the community at breastfeeding.com (oh and breastmilk is as natural as you can get for your infant! ) They had awesome ideas for (or links to) homemade stuff. Why don't you check it out?
Congrats on your pregnancy, hope you'll have a smooth delivery! |

Congrats on your pregnancy!! I just read yesterday that tangerine essential oil is good for stretchmarks, it would probably be great with cocobutter. |

Try do a search in the discussion forums - that's where I found the links. I must say i haven't been there in at least three years, so ...
Anyhoos - yeah I won't lie about the pain hehe. I chose not to have an epidural and was delighted to find out the pain went away a lot quicker than I'd expected after the delivery. |
