Dear ladies,
I'm so desperately looking for something that could heal my wound and also prevent or fade the scar.
Yesterday I was out in the hallway in my apartment with my cat, as usual I was holding him in my arms and walked around. However, somebody just came out from the elevator with a dog and my cat got frightened and gave me a huge mark on my wrist! It's about 8-10 cm long. It looks really really scary. My sister thought I tried to commit suicide when she saw the wound! I went out with friends today and they got really scared as well. I got couples other wounds on my chest as well but I'm worried that the one on my wrist will leave me with scary scar. My skin heals really slow too
I did some research and came across aloe gel, pure vit E oil, and a product call Bio Oil. So just wonder if anyone has tried them? Do they actually work?
Thank you so much in advance |

Better put some disinfectant or high percentage alcohol on the wound first to prevent infection!
Afterwards, you should wait till the wound is dry, then put some tea tree oil on it (pure is best, try organic), that prevents infection too and makes the wound heal faster. To prevent scarring, you can put a special bandage on it (you can buy them in pharmacies) which is supposed to diminish the development of scar tissue. Put that on AFTER the wound has healed.
But all in all it sounds like you should see a doctor, imo.
